The world-wide biggest tennis racket manufacturer - TOPKEY corporation launch their Lean Operation program in Xiamen on May, 2008. Targettech (Shanghai) is responsible for this program deployment that covers leadership awareness seminar, lean expert build up, on-site assessment and project execution.

    Last week, the Chairman of TOPKEY corporation, Mr. Shen,  participated the candidates' presentation of their VSM analysis presentation. Mr. Shen express his appreciate to candidates excellent learning and practice result and the skills and expereinces of Targetetch consulting team.

   The goal of this lean program is reduce customer lead time and quick response to what customers need. Another purpose is reduce the cost impact from China currency raising, labour cost raising and other operation cost.  With the implementation of Lean operation, TOPKEY set their business challenge in 2008.

To support company expansion on market and improvement on customer satisfaction,  Targettech support Roche's management team on Six sigma awareness training. The class is delivered with knowledge alone with roles simulation and Kaizen. The consensus and confidence to launch six sigma is build up within the team.

The effectiveness of the class is highly appreciated by participants from US, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore.

Parker Hannifin Fluid Power  System and Components (shanghai)., Ltd  held the TS16949 five tools application workshop on Jan, 2008. Candidates came from all operation in China. This is the event that supports Parker's Global Improvement program in year 2008.  Targetetch supports the 6 days training and application workshop in shanghai. The candidate are confidence to apply all tools learned in their work environment.

Jan, 2008, Shanghai Bowen Casting Co., Ltd starts its internal optimazation program that covers the operation system and people's development program.  Targetetch responsible the design the support of this program.

On Sep 2007, Donaldson Wuxi kick out the wave-1 Six sigma black belt certification program with the support by Targettech. The candidate is under selecting and rating now.

OnOn Aug, 2007, Targettech support Olimpia Splendid, the biggest air conditioner manufacturer in Europe proceed the process rationalization and organization rationalization program. The phase-1 target is successfully achieved and phase-II program on productivity, quality and WIP volume is on going now.

LiLittelfuse company proceed Value Stream Mapping practice and four teams are assigned to proceed major product VSM analysis through the instruction and coaching by Targettech consultant. The current process performance and improvement opportunities are identified and quantified with the data analysis. The continuous improvement on these opportunities are proceed to support company performance improvement.

JuJul, 2007, Targettech support adidas’s VN supplier SPG build up QEH (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment management system) and pass the TUV Rhainland formal audit. SPG is one of the adidas key supplier with 9000 more employee. Targettech support adidas suppliers on Six sigma, Lean operation and on-site improvement since year 2004 in Vietnam, Indonesia and China.

StStart from Mar 2007, Donaldson Wuxi work with Targettech to start 2nd year lean operation improvement program. Two business operation involved this lean event. The Donaldson top-management participate lean awareness training on Jul, 2007 and the team commit to support company lean operation target after class.
